Opca requires staff and candidates for board membership to annually complete a disclosure of interest form. Staff shall make disclosures in writing to the executive director and/or designated employees while the executive director shall make disclosures to the chair of the board who will, in turn, be responsible for advising the board of such disclosures. Disclosures must be made at the date of hire and updated annually or within seven days of a status change in a staff member's interest in order to facilitate opca's determination as to whether conflict exists.
