“In 2014, approximately 3600 volunteers were organized into more than 35 crews to support a three day music, art, and cultural event featuring over 700 crafters and hundreds of performers and entertainers on over 18 stages. Crew types included construction, security, fire safety, admissions, childcare, etc. Volunteers also served on a myriad of committees instrumental to the institutional well-being of the oregon country fair. Volunteers planned, managed, and operated year-round efforts such a youth programs, trainings, and staff. Two philanthropic committees were staffed by volunteers.”
