Daniel O'Donnell is also the brother of James O'Donnell serving on the Medical Advisory Board. No business relationships exist between any members of the organization.”

“This is As Healthy As Possible's first tax year. There was a single revision to the original Bylaws in September of 2023 to include two board meetings per year.”

Our main points of business were creating our organization and these documents. We have included the following statement on our website based on our financial outlook from the end of 2023. In our formational year of 2023 the majority of our actions centered on forming a strong base for our organization, including the formation of our Executive & Medical Advisory Boards. While our initial cost per dollar raised was 27%, based on our projected budget we believe our three year average through 2026 will be 7% or less due to moving past several one-time startup costs and As Healthy As Possible being a completely volunteer based organization. We will continue to update our financial information publicly as our organization develops.”

“The majority of our actions in 2023 were centered on the formation of a strong base for our organization that will serve the long term accomplishment of our mission. To that end, we established a website and formed an Executive Board consisting of Daniel O'Donnell, Johanna O'Donnell, Trine Hestbaek, Michael Wells, and Patrick Yodzis. A three person Medical Advisory Board consisting of Christine Erdie-Lalena, Marissa Vawter-Lee, and James O'Donnell was also formed. Sufficient funds were raised to ensure the award of our first grant in 2024 and our website was revised to advertise this. We also were able to integrate donations by Paypal to our website to facilitate receiving donations.”

This is attributed to the program service of Scientific Research as the website makes possible the advertising of a grant. $277.35 was spent on setting up a Post Mail Box to ensure various means of communication are available to share and make the most information available to doctors, caregivers, and those interested in educating themselves about the POLR2A gene.”
