Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Financial statement footnote regarding asc 740: no provision for income taxes has been made in the financial statements since the organization is exempt from federal income taxes under internal revenue code section 501(c)(6). Additionally, the organization has done an assessment of any uncertain tax positions as required under the fasb's accounting standard on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes (asc 740), and has determined it has no uncertain tax benefits to record as a liability at december 31, 2013 and 2012. The form 990 filed by the organization is subject to examinations by the internal revenue service (irs) up to three years from the extended due date of each return. Forms 990 filed by the organization are no longer subject to examination for the fiscal years ended december 31, 2010 and prior.
