“Part VI, 15(a+b)--DiscNW's process for reviewing our executive director incorporates three parts: external review by key constituencies (coaches, volunteers, players, employees, etc.), a personal review by the ED, and a review and discussion with the review committee of the board of directors. The process incorporates thoughts and reactions from the key audiences the ED works to serve as the head of the organization. Using this data and a review of available comparable compensation information for similar positions at other organizations, the board of directors determines appropriate changes to the benefits package. We typically conduct this process annually. In 2017, a new ED was hired.”
