The corporation is exempt from federal income taxes under the provisions of section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and is exempt from state income taxes under the provisions of the pennsylvania nonprofit corporation law. Further, the corporation annual files a form 990, as applicable. The form filed is subject to examination by the internal revenue service generally for three years after it is filed. Management asserts that they have no uncertain tax positions requiring the establishment of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years ended prior to june 30, 2021.
