ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0We sincerely regret the delay in filing our tax return and appreciate your understanding as we clarify the circumstances that led to this oversight. We encountered unexpected challenges that contributed to the delay, including -- Extended Bookkeeping Process: Our bookkeeper required additional time to compile and organize the necessary financial records. Given the complexity of our transactions and the volume of documentation involved, the preparation took longer than initially projected. -- Miscommunication Regarding Extension: Our CPA had initially suggested filing an extension on our behalf. However, due to a lack of confirmation, we were unaware of whether the extension had been processed. By the time we followed up, the deadline had passed, leaving us with limited options. To rectify the situation, we proactively prepared and submitted the return ourselves to ensure compliance, despite the delay. We want to emphasize that this delay was entirely unintentional, and we deeply value our tax obligations. Moving forward, weve implemented stricter record-keeping practices and improved communication with our tax advisors to prevent any recurrence.
