The filed version of the form 990 is reviewed with the treasurer (board member) prior to his signing the form 990. An electronic copy of the filed form 990 is sent to all board members before filing with the irs.”

Bhhs legacy foundation's compensation process is as follows: other executive compensation is reviewed annually by the compensation committee and compared to surveys of comparable foundations and form 990. Committee recommendations are presented to the board of directors for its approval. The approval is documented in the board minutes. This process was last completed in 2019.”
