To work collaboratively to increase the affordability, diversity and supply of housing in lane county

Expanded and strengthened collective impact effort and 50-partner network that is working collaboratively to increase housing affordability, diversity and supply in Lane County. Designed and facilitated partner workshops, community events, website and social media updates, email updates, and dozens of community presentations within and outside our partner network. Researched and developed infographic communications to unpack the complexities of the local housing crisis, policy alternatives, and research-based solutions. Shared policy background and engagement opportunities with Eugene-Springfield metro area to support engaged and representative public participation.-$53,148
Led local education and outreach efforts in Lane County to implement middle housing code amendments that exceed the state requirements of Oregons Middle Housing law passed in 2019, with specific local incentives and innovations supported for affordable housing and climate-responsive, small housing. Developed materials to explain the public process, compare proposals, and support community participation. Monitored policy proposals and provided updates to community partners and stakeholder groups.-$11,320
Led public effort to champion creation of no-fee, pre-approved accessory dwelling unit (ADU) plan catalog. Convened and facilitated Incremental Development program series in partnership with local jurisdiction and national experts in local, neighborhood-scale development. Facilitated public lecture and half-day seminar for local developers working in Lane County. Developed proposal to explore conceptual designs and partnerships with program participants and the University of Oregon in winter 2022-2023.-$6,000
