Led local education and outreach efforts in Lane County to further reduce barriers to middle housing. Continued efforts to streamline and reduce barriers to housing affordability in Lane County. Worked with the local design community to create pre-approved ADU plan sets. Continued to educate community leaders and the general public on the need for increasing housing supply.-$450
