IRS990/Desc0This widow's program has enrolled 181 widows in six churches namely; Calvary Chapel Gulu 47 widows and 10 volunteers Calvary Chapel 12 Spring Laliya 47 widows and 9 volunteers Dream center Adak 38 widows 7 volunteers Calvary Chapel Palenga 18 widows and 4 volunteers Calvary Chapel Paminyai 13 widows and 3 volunteers Calvary Chapel Pabbo 18 widows and 4 volunteers. The monthly food ratios given to each of them are as follows; 17 kilograms of posho 5 kilograms of beans 3 liters of sunflower oil. 2 Chickens. All the food items are given every last Saturday of the month, and all widows receive their food personally from the specific distributing center. Beside food distribution, we have a weekly discipleship program led by team leaders who are overseeing the program, here widows are trained in the word of God, disciple, prayed for and visited in their homes to check on their welfare. Our widows are also encouraged to do small sale to enable them generate additional income that can supplement on to the food ratio issued. Towards the end of last year, we were able to visit all of this location to give them encouragement and also see how they are doing, according to our findings, we found so many good reports. All these widows are growing very well in the knowledge of the word of God and they are in turn testifying about Christ to their community. Also, many of them, their living standard has progressed due to the food supply given them every month and for that matter they are expressing their appreciation to the ministry for the support that they receive a very month promptly. Some of them are involved in the saving group out of their sale which enabled them to increase their business. Some of them have managed to keep the chicken given to them and selling at a very good price after they are fully grown. With all of the above, we have noticed a steady growth in their relationship with the Lord and also good relationship within the community. The volunteers also meet once in a month at the pastor's home to pray, plan and eat together as they are kept refreshed and encouraged. Generally, widows' ministry has caused a lot of impact to widows and all their dependents that are directly benefitting from the food supply and to the community surrounding them as well. Now they have a purposeful life because Christ is in their life.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0School of Discipleship. The church of Northern Uganda is in a dangerous position within and without. From within the Church is losing sight of Christ, as false teachers are ever-present and increasing. More preaching is more concerned with "the spiritually powerful" who offer finances and physical health than with the Son of God who offers salvation from sin and death. Church leaders are also falling prey to the temptations of the world. Unfaithfulness in marriage, dishonesty in finances, and prideful behavior has compromised the leaders of many churches. The Churches' outer problems are also increasing as new mosques are being erected frequently, as people are turning to Islam for life's answers. Spiritual wanderers are also landing in the cults of the Mormons, the Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventist's, etc. But God is not asleep. "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword" (ESV, Heb. 4:12). God has set His word as the safeguard of His people, and has given Terebinth School of Discipleship the task of equipping them with His Word through informal Bible classes as we pursue official accreditation. God is using The Terebinth School of Discipleship to protect His people by training pastors and church leaders to transform communities. The discipleship school has already graduated two classes of pastors and church leaders, and there are currently close to forty others who have completed two thirds of their three-year program. They gather together for one week out of every month. During that week every day begins with chores, morning devotions, breakfast, and morning lectures. The afternoon sees additional lectures and small group meetings. The day concludes with evening devotions and personal study time. Between classes, the students study ahead and finish their homework, all the while guided by their small group leaders, who even check in on them during the weeks between classes. This routine guides the students through the entirety of God's Word. By the end of three years, every student will have read through, attended lectures on, and tested out of every passage of God's Word, learning how to interpret Scripture with Scripture. Alongside the teaching of God's Word, the students also study principles of leadership, conflict resolution, how to run funerals, weddings, and more. These men are being thoroughly equipped for the work of the ministry. God has influenced our team to pursue official accreditation as the next step in this ministry. God's Word is what truly equips the man of God (2 Tim. 3:17), and informal studies do have their place in that work. However, the Terebinth School of Discipleship has stepped out in faith in an attempt to become the first accredited evangelical Bible school in this region, which will further establish and secure the work He has been using us for. This has been hard work. The first step in the process was the construction of an official school campus, which was built in Adak, Omoro District, and completed late in the year of 2022. After finishing the campus, our team secured a number of new computers for the future computer laboratory and has been working on acquiring the large number of books required for the school library. New staff has been hired, official documents have been written, new organizational charts have been drafted, and a new NGO is being established. Receiving the approval of the National Council of Higher Education to certify church leaders will be of great benefit to God's people. Problems for the church of Northern Uganda will continue. But through the study of His Word, God will raise up a new generation of leaders. As God's people grow in their understanding of Scripture, healthy churches will rise up as an alternative to the false pastors and false religions which would otherwise be left unchecked to deceive. God promised through the prophet Isaiah that His Word would not return to Him void, but would accomplish the purpose for whic

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0Dream Center Uganda farming activities embarks on the following; Chicken rearing under semi free-range system Goats rearing Piggery Farming Produce business Big lorry hires service The farm started with rearing layers for eggs production in the previous years but due to sensitivity of the breed and the management issues, we got rid of layers and started engaging fully in the kroilers known as Sasso which has proven to be better performing to other breeds. We order day old chicks, brood them for three weeks and by four weeks they are ready for the market. In the event of Dream Center Uganda farming activities in 2023, we were able to realize some achievement and among others they include the following; Reduction in the mortality rate of the chicken. We use to have 20-30% mortality rate right from day old chicks to the period of last sale of the stock. But it has drop to 10% and below. This has come as a result of our staff having experience in the managements of the birds Unlike other companies, most of the chicks supplied by Uzima gets most of their vaccination from the hatchery. We only vaccinate them three time against new castle, fowl typhoid and fowl pox which has lessen our work and cost in vaccines purchase Goats rearing at annex is proven to be cost effective as less is required because the goats are housed at night and release in the morning to graze and good enough, we have enough space for them d. Given the breed of pigs we were reared in 2023, we had ready market for the piglets as many people were books for them in advance. The bigger lorry of 10tons which used to be idle most of the time packed at Dream Center farm has been relocated to Gulu City for hire in order to improve the income generating purposes to support the ministries' goals. The beneficiary widows from the ministry food relief program have voluntarily helped the farm in a lot of farming activity right from land preparation to post harvest handling.
