All executive salaries are board approved with minutes kept of the diliberation and decision. This process was last completed in 2015.”

Less than one-fifth of all deaf people in poor nations receive any education. Even for those who can read, written text is a second language. Their heart language is sign language. There are more than 400 sign languages in use around the world. Each has their own system of gestures and expressions, including american sign language, which is as different from english as any other foreign language. Faith comes by hearing began providing the bible in video to the deaf community by developing and launching the first deaf bible app available through use of smartphones, video phones, or computers. Since the inception of the deaf bible app, there are now 19 sign languages available on the app. Faith comes by hearing was instrumental in establishing this work with the deaf community and in the formation of the deaf bible society a separate 501(c)(3) organization. Faith comes by hearing now partners with deaf bible society in bringing the word of god to deaf people worldwide.”
