The saint joseph auxiliary conflict of interest policy has the following reporting and conflict review process: 1) board members, committee members submit a written disclosure describing potential conflicts. 2) the written reports are reviewed for potential conflicts 3) after review of all material facts a final determination is made regarding whether a conflict does or does not exist 4) appropriate action is taken, including corrective and/or disciplinary up to removal of the individual(s) involved from the board of directors 5) meeting minutes shall reflect conflict disclosure and discussion. Appeal process: upon request, the executive committee may review the entire matter and make a final determination.
