Caring communities provides coordinated care management to connect vulnerable brooklynites to essential services. 4. Strong communities fund provides flexible funds and capacity building to strengthen cbos working on priorities from participatory action research and to produce strong civic infrastructure which then amplifies community-led voice and impact.”
