Preserving the open spaces of the Foothills Club West community.

During 2023 our organization continued to fund litigation against an investment group that wants to build houses across the golf course in the center of our community. This benefits the 2,500 residents in our community because they want to see the golf course reopened or the land left as open space preserving the amazing mountain views.$0$128,008
During 2023 the organization also engaged in negotiations with the housing investors to determine if a mutually acceptable compromise could be realized this would end the uncertainty surrounding the golf course.$0$0
