| During 2021 our organization successfully concluded litigation against our HOA which prevented the HOA from taking steps to allow the construction of new houses in the open space at the center of our community. All 2,500 plus homeowners in our community benefited from this successful litigation which was funded completely by our organization. This was the first step. Near the end of 2021 our organization took a second step to maintain the open space for the community's benefit which is litigation against the current land owner and his prospective home builder partner. | $0 | $121,760 |
