A Director's reasonable expenses shall not include any compensation for their time spent conducting Board duties. In addition, Directors who also serve as employees of the Corporation may be compensated for their service as employees. Any changes to employee compensation are at the recommendation and discretion of the executive director or, in the case of executive director's compensation, the Board. Employees will be notified in writing of adjustments to their compensation rate.”
