The conflict of interest policy is distributed to each director, officer, and key employee annually. Each must attest to their understanding and agree to be governed by and to abide by all of the principles and polices set forth therein. Directors and officers are specifically asked to provide a list of potential businesses or organizations with which they or a family member are an officer, director, trustee, member, owner, shareholder (with a 5% or greater interest), or employee as it relates to a relationship, transaction, contract, or other arrangement with the corporation.”
