The allapattah collaborative cdc served small legacy businesses along allapattah's 17th avenue corridor by: 1.partnering with health foundation of south florida and moonlighter lab to provide ppe (faceshields), supplies- including sanitizing stations, informational posters, nanoseptic technology and safety kits for clients. We also hosted 2 covid testing events serving 50 individuals, and enlisted the support of a health ambassador to train small business owners and staff on covid19 safety measures to share info with clients. 2.connecting businesses with access to financial resources, assisting with loan and grant applications; providing technical support with digital inclusion, landlord mitigation, due diligence, operations during covid through our small business navigator. 3.hosting 5 monday night talks, highlighting the intersection of business and health and how the exacerbated disparities affect small businesses in our vulnerable communities of color 4.partnering with univision to create cicatrices de la pandemia, the story of allapattah and how covid has impacted our community (aired on univision online) 5.partnering with the public land for public good coalition (plpg) and city of miami to ensure equity, inclusion and meaningful community participation in the 18.75 development of allapattah's city of miami gsa lot 6.working on the cba coalition with other nonprofits to to create a model community benefit agreement (cba) for miami, built on national best practices and models, translating the legal document into layman's terms, then into spanish and creole for broad community use

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The organization has adopted the provision of asc no. 740. "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes" ("asc no. 740"). Asc 740 required that the impact of tax positions to be recognized in the financial statement if they are more likely than not of being sustained upon examination. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes is made in the financial statements. At 12/31/2020, there were no uncertain tax positions. The organization files tax returns with us federal and other tax authorities for which statute limitations may go back to the year end 2017.
