Annually the organization's officers and trustees are required to disclose their interests that could give rise to a conflict of interest. Currently each member of the board of trustees signs the conflict of interest policy. If there is a possible conflict of interest, the chair of the board (and, if necessary, executive committee) is responsible for reviewing the situation and dealing with the individual.
