“Our mission is to provide support & resources for foster, adoptive & kinship families in north alabama (and surrounding areas) who care for vulnerable children for a day, a week, a lifetime.”

“The north alabama foster closet, a branch of fostering connections, llc, is a collaborative community effort with a clear mission: supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families with the items they need to care for the kids in their home. We do this by providing them with new and gently used clothing, shoes, books, and baby equipment as well as consumables like diapers, formula, and personal care items. Everything we offer is free of charge for families taking care of vulnerable children. Although we are based in madison county, we reach families across north and central alabama, as well as southern tennessee. On average, we help 90 kids a month with essential items.”
