The completed Form 990 was also distributed to each of the Executive Directors and Officers of the Organization for their review and approval. The President or Treasurer then compiled any comments from these reviews and updated the Form 990 accordingly. The updated Form 990 was then subject to a final review by the Organization's President and Treasurer, and approved, signed, and submitted to the IRS. A copy of the completed Form 990 is kept by the Treasurer for the organization's records.”

“At each meeting of the Executive Board, Directors can disclose any perceived conflicts of interest. If there are any such conflicts, then there is a discussion to disposition the conflict.”

“Annual salaries are reviewed and approved by the Executive Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting as part of the annual budget review.
