The President or Treasurer then compiles any comments from the Executive Directors and Officers and updates Form 990 accordingly. The updated Form 990 is then sent to the Organization's Treasurer or President for final review, approval and signature. A copy of the completed Form 990 is kept by the Treasurer for the Organization's records.”

“Annual salaries are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting as part of the Annual Budget Review. Any bonuses or other compensation recommended by the Organization's Principal or any Officer or Director are also reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. The Board also conducts annual research of the compensation for Principals and teachers to present at the annual meeting. The President and CEO serves without compensation.”
