The organizations bylaws were changed to reflect the following items: -clarify the role of the secretary to include collaboration with the exec. Director for required filings. - clarify term limits and maximum consecutive terms for officers. After 3 consecutive 1-year terms in a officer role, directors must refrain from reelection for at least 1 year. - added that removal of officers requires 2/3 vote of the board of directors. - revised the general powers of the board to assign responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the organization to the exec. Director, rather than the board president. - removed board president language and replaced with board chair.
