Fwd.us is the statutory employer of all shared employees and acts as a common paymaster for the two organizations. As a result, all payroll and payroll tax expenses are paid by fwd.us. Fwd.us education fund, in turn, reimburses fwd.us for fwd.us education fund's share of payroll and payroll tax expenses, based on employee time allocations.”
