Global Gain

Global gain is a non-profit organization focused on building an international network of political and civic leaders in public service, politics, peace, human rights, issue advocacy, the arts, and social entrepreneurship. The mission is to recruit and train a new generation of talent to make an impact in democracy, elections, and advocacy. We work to promote women leaders in public life and build connections through network building, coaching, and training. Global gain's current programs focus on the us, ukraine, and east africa, particularly lifting women and young political, civic, and entrepreneurial leaders. Global gain is committed to supporting women-led initiatives, gender equality, and creating representative democracies, vital to reaching sustainable development goals and improving governance in each country we work in.

Global gain is a non-profit organization formed to build a global network of changemakers - leaders in public service, politics, advocacy, and social entrepreneurship who are focused on increasing the numbers of women and minorities (poc) in elected office and public leadership positions in the us and globally. We are building the professional network of women committed to using politics and advocacy to improve their communities and to mentor and lift up one another. Global gain believes that the solution to the most significant problems in the world will be found when women and minorities/people of color make up the majority in positions of leadership at every level of public office and civic life. Our goal is simple: gender parity for women & minorities in civic life all over the world.
