Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Global gain is a non-profit organization focused on building an international network of political and civic leaders in public service, politics, peace, human rights, issue advocacy, the arts, and social entrepreneurship. The mission is to recruit and train a new generation of talent to make an impact in democracy, elections, and advocacy. We work to promote women leaders in public life and build connections through network building, coaching, and training. Global gain's current programs focus on the us, ukraine, and east africa, particularly lifting women and young political, civic, and entrepreneurial leaders. Global gain is committed to supporting women-led initiatives, gender equality, and creating representative democracies, vital to reaching sustainable development goals and improving governance in each country we work in.
