The organization eductional program will consist of two primary curriculums. One curriculum is the generation program, a skills training program developed by the mckinsey social initiative. The second curriculum is covalence extended, a technology skills training program with a heavy emphasis on immersive technical courses and coding. The selection of individuals to participate in the skills training programs to be operated by the organization will be made by dannon project, a birmingham, alabama bosed non-profit corporation. Initially the organization will be funded through a grant from the innovate birmingham regional workforce partnership through the u.s. Department of labor education and training administration's america's promise grant program. The organization plans to use the grant to fund its educational programs through hiring instructors, developing a curriculum, and acquiring specialized equipment and supplies.
