Is an alabama non-profit corporation and is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), and may carry on any activity contemplated by such section. Specifically, the organization is organized for the purpose of providing education and training in information technology field to young adults, ages 17 through 26, who are in groups and communities which are disconnected from the traditional labor market and who would otherwise be unable to receive such education and training. By providing access to specialized education and training to young adults to which such education and training would otherwise be unavailable, the organization hopes to foster growth, development, and enhanced job opportunities for the young adults who participate in the curriculum.
