“(990EZ, Part 1, Question #10) we REIGN Inc. received grant funding to provide financial support to community members and offset the cost of Covid-19 expenses or loss of income. We provided $4000 in unrestricted mini-grants through partnerships with Mastery Harrity Charter School, located at 5601 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19143, and People's Emergency Center, located at 325 N. 39th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. We provided a total of 2500 to single mothers identified by these two organizations. The funds were provided to families headed by single women in alignment with our mission to support Black girls and their families. We were able to provide grants to 10 families. The additional 1500 hundred dollars was provided as support to program participants who were attending college and experiencing lost wages to fill a need for housing or food due to loss of income and financial hardship. (990 EZ Part 1, Question # 16) Other Revenue: In keeping with our organization's goals, 65% or more of our expenditure go directly to our community-based programming. This tax year, 80% of our expenses were directly connected to program implementation. We hosted four significant community-based programs serving a total of 124 youth in Philadelphia and 30+ adults. Winter 2021: Gender Justice Internship. We Speak: Gender Justice is an intensive 12-15 week workshop introducing Black girls to activism, advocacy, and organizing. Each session is 90 minutes. This year we served 34 girls through our community-based internship model. We engaged participants through immersion in interrogation and analysis skills so they could think critically about the issues that impact their lives. We then provide the opportunity to develop skills associated with advocacy, activism, and organizing. Their final activity included all participants developing a community action project and organizing the community around their area of interest, issuing a call to action for adults in the community. Summer 2021: Covid-19 #BackToSchoolToStay campaign. Interns participated in an intensive 5-week summer session where they learned about virology, vaccinations, and mRNA, and the disparate impact of Covid-19 on the Black community. The participants developed a mini-campaign to promote vaccination, hosted town halls, designed PPE, and distributed infographics and PPE to community members. Participants also created a community map for vaccination locations, including hours of operation and appointment information. Fall 2021: Black Youth March for Our Lives and Community Resource Fair was organized by several program participants to raise to create a space for young voices to demonstrate their concerns about gun violence. The event include ten community organizations hosting information tables, a march from the local school where several students had been murdered during the year and concluded at a community park in West Philadelphia. More than 75 young people (ages 10-24) attended the event.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | (990EZ, Part 1, Question #10) we REIGN Inc. received grant funding to provide financial support to community members and offset the cost of Covid-19 expenses or loss of income. More than 75 young people (ages 10-24) attended the event. |
