The Organization follows the requirements of professional literature in accouunting for uncertain tax positions. Under this guidance, an Organization must recognize the tax benefit from an uncertain tax position only if it is more than likely than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination with taxing authorities. The Organization does not believe there are any material uncertain tax positions and accordingly, it will not recognize any liability for uncertain tax position.
