“The Administrative Board (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Secretary) form the governing body for the review of all Federal and State filings. The Treasurer will prepare all required forms and schedules based on finalized financial reports from the organization accounting system. Once the forms are finalized and certified, the detail will be reviewed and approved during the next formal board meeting.”

“If any person or organization contacts the WBB board with a request to review any governing documents, conflict of interest policy or finalized financial statements, those documents will be made available on demand within a reasonable duration of time.”

“Other fees for services (non-employees) would include costs for professional services related to the design and implementation of band programs (visual/music design, choreography, electronic design and technical staff for marching band).”

“Other expenses would cover costs that are incurred for the general support and maintenance of the Bentonville West band programs. This would include student services and logistics (meals, lodging, transportation), program support (memberships, performance materials, uniforms, music literature), student support (scholarships, sponsorships, recognition), supplies and equipment.”

“Prior year Form 990 (2020) expenses included a check that was never cashed and was since voided in the current year. A replacement check was reissued in the current year, and is included in current expenses.”

“Purchase of a 24' utility trailer in December 2021 to be utilized for the sole purpose of transporting equipment and materials to and from major competitions and events.”
