“Tea strives to create and deliver programs that provide real and meaningful services to rebel nell creative designers, but also to have a measurable impact on their community. Rebel nell has hired over 23 women since 2013 - 47% of creative designers maintain employment for at least a year, 29% keep employment for 3 to 6 months, and 100% of creative designers living in shelters at the start of their employment transitioned out of shelters while employed at rebel nell. Women employed by rebel nell have seen their household income increase by an average of 1,408 per month and 66% of past graduates were employed when they left the program. Tea has helped make all of this possible by providing creating designers with education, training, and financial assistance.”
