Mission

Support planning, construction, operation and ongoing maintenance of the public improvements, common areas and infrastructure within the powers pointe development where such common areas and infrastructure will be accessible to and permanently devoted to the convenience, safety and welfare of the public.

Collecting and holding public improvement fees pursuant to the declaration of covenants imposing and implementing the powers pointe public improvement fee and disbursing such public improvement fees to support the planning, construction, operation and ongoing maintenance of common areas and infrastructure within the powers pointe commercial and retail development located in el paso county, colorado, where such common areas and infrastructure will be accessible to and permanently devoted to the convenience, safety and welfare of the general public.
