The mission of Winning the Issues is to promote social welfare by educating decision makers on what issues are most important to Americans, what messages they are hearing on those issues, and what communications are most effective.

In 2021, the organization conducted surveys of American citizens on important issues and made this research publicly available online. Issues explored in depth during 2021 included the economy, education, and attitudes about COVID and policy responses. Findings were made available through educational tools such as videos and reports.
