THE EFFORTS RESULTED IN AN INCREASE IN TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (TOT) REVENUE OF 6.7% IN 2018. AND IT IS NOTABLE THAT THE LARGEST BI-MONTHLY GAIN IN OCCUPANCY OCCURRED DURING THE SLOWER JAN-FEB PERIOD - AN INCREASE OF 4.4%.
