To foster, promote, maintain, and encourage civic, social, commercialized, and industrial welfare of the odessa/midland metropolitan statistical area and west texas.

Major Activities

Membership dues: there are several levels of memberships available, varying in cost from $250 - $5,000 with varying benefits. All membership levels receive website linkage, recognition in annual report and a newsletter. However, only membership dues of $500 or more carry voting rights.
