Financial Statement Notes

Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.

The fund is intended to be a permanent fund. However, extraordinary distributions to rockin'c ranch may be made from the fund at any time in any amount if requested by a 2/3 vote of the total number of directors or trustees of rockin'c ranch and approved by a 2/3 vote of the total number of directors of the foundation. Ordinary distributions to rockin'c ranch shall be made from the fund twice per calendar year of up to 5% of the value of the fund to be used for charitable purposes.
