Summit was organized to construct and operate a 76 unit senior complex in Gainesville, Texas and is subject to land use agreements restricting tenant incomes.During 2007, the Corporation was admitted as the successor general partner of TX Tenison Housing, LP, a 150 unit low-income multifamily project known as Primrose at Highlands in Dallas, Texas. The project is subject to land use agreements restricting tenant income. Effective July 18, 2008, the Corporation was admitted as the successor general partner of TX Old Manor Housing, LP, a 250 unit low-income multifamily project known as Rosemont at Old Manor in Austin, Texas. Also, on July 18, 2008, the Corporation was admitted as the successor general partner of TX Acme A.South Housing, LP, a 250 unit low-income multifamily project known as Rosemont at Acme Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. Both projects are subject to land use agreements restricting tenant income.During 2014, the Corporation transferred their general partner interest in TX Old Manor Housing, LP, TX Acme A.
