Admission and family liaisons:during the year ended september 30, 2012, cal farley's call center answered over 4,227 telephone calls that resulted in information about cal farley's programs sent to 2,938 callers and 2,335 referrals to other agencies and resources.directors and staff of the five (5) family resource centers served a caseload of 239 families a year with a total average of 24 families per month per staff assisting them training and other ways to strengthen their families and relations with children. 381 adults and 553 children were assisted. Through the alumni support services and cal farley's independent living program, 56 alumni were provided with housing and other living assistance during the year ended september 30, 2012.
