Recommendations for officer's compensation is made by a sub-committee consisting of board members using an independent consultant and is based on performance review metrics. The ceo presents the board with a budgeted salary pool (based on several wage indexes and suggested merit increases), including other non-profit benchmarks, for approval. All employees undergo a performance review and their compensation is based upon those performance metrics. The salary pool is then dispensed at the ceo's discretion. Approval of the new salaries is given to the finance director for implementation. Officers' compensation was last reviewed in 2021. There was a 5.25% salary increase for 2022 for the ceo.

Association began work on securewell well servicing certification program this year and expect to be fully operational by the end of summer of 2023.
