On September 30, 2015, Bristow Village, Inc. sold the Project assets to Edgewater Bristow, LP for 384,000. Edgewater continues to operate the property under a Section 8 contract for low income families. Bristow Village is preparing to distribute the remaining funds to various non-profit organizations during 2017 and the final form 990 will be complete at that time.
