Mission

This program is designed to expose young people age 15-18 to the importance of the organizational and social skills necessary to achieve educational opportunities, as well as, emphasize and enhance their mind, body, and spirit. This program seeks to improve the total youth in the community through counseling and tutoring. We will utilize agencies and professionals to help meet the objectives. The program seeks to build self respect, character, leadership, mental discipline, physical discipline and good academic behavior.

The program is to provides community resources and mental health awareness. The program seeks to build self respect, character, leadership, mental discipline, physical discipline and good academic behavior. the program continued to have Zoom Sessions as well as in-person meetings and workshops. Some the things that were covered included race, diversity, what can I do?, how money makes an impact. The program focused on mental health and food insecurities.

We addresses several areas some of which included mental health, grief counseling and self esteem. The program continued to have Zoom Sessions and cover various topics not covered in school. Some the things that were covered included race, diversity, what can I do?, how money makes an impact. We were able to partner with the Court system to work with parents and children who are at risk. The focus group is ages 12-18. The parents/caregiver and the child are required to attend a five week course.
