ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0Our organization has been restructuring our organization since the Obama Health Care changes, our County funding and determination for funding has changed significantly. Our funding for the Save A Life Community clinics ability to transition was seriously impacted by the changes, and due to the limitations of the primary care providers in the area required that we continue to operate to provide the care for our patients. In addition, our propose partnership with an another Federally Qualified Health Center, which lost it's status, created a significant challenge for our agency. We are now reducing our services and planning for smaller and different services.
