Updated composition of Board from 15 members elected by the membership + 8 members appointed by the Board of Directors TO 15 members who are elected by the membership, 1 representative from each Board approved Section, immediate Past President in an ex-officio non-voting capacity and 1 non-voting At Large Representative from a Non-Governmental Organization member elected by the voting membership. 2. Clarified that the Annual Meeting of the corporation takes place at the annual meeting of the membership held in conjunction with the Annual Symposium. 3. Changed language to remove references to Bylaws for state sections and replaced with Charters.”
