Form 990, Part III, Line 3: Ceased Conducting or Significant Changes To Services

In August 2017, the Board of Directors voted to approve a plan to dissolve the Organization and transfer its properties to Eden Vacaville Housing, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit organization. As part of this process, the remaining properties and assets were sold to Eden VCH LLC, a California Limited Liability Company on October 19, 2018. All existing debt wad assumed by Eden VCH LLC as consideration for the transfer of the properties. The lenders have approved the assignment and assumption of the existing debt.

As part of this process, the remaining properties and assets were sold to Eden VCH LLC, a California Limited Liability Company on October 19, 2018. All existing debt wad assumed by Eden VCH LLC as consideration for the transfer of the properties. The lenders have approved the assignment and assumption of the existing debt.
