“The alumni association's board of directors is charged annually with a substantive review of the alumni association's irs form 990, prior to its submission. The alumni association's executive committee shall conduct the primary inspection of irs form 990. The board of directors will review the alumni association's irs form 990 annually at its spring meeting. The alumni association's executive director will make the tax return available for inspection by the board no fewer than 14 days prior to the fall or spring meeting.”

“At least annually, each member of the board of directors and each officer shall complete, sign, and furnish to the alumni association a disclosure form specifying any conflicts of interest. Any person failing to furnish the form may not participate in any board or committee meeting and may be subject to dismissal from the board for any continuing failure.”
