“The Executive Council is comprised of 11 positions, all of which are elected by the adult members (parents or legal guardians) of the families within the Band Program. The Executive Council is charged with developing an annual operating budget, which is subsequently approved by the adult members of the families within the Band Program. Major purchases, such as major facilities improvements or additions, or complete uniform inventory replacement, and non-budgeted items in excess of $5,000, are also voted on by the adult members of the families within the Band Program”
