The Delaware Call is an independent media group that engages in investigative journalism, political analysis, and Delaware-focused commentary. They work to uncover and uplift local community news and stories that are rarely, if ever, covered by existing media outlets. 3. The H.O.M.E.S. Campaign - We were the fiscal sponsor for the H.O.M.E.S. Campaign (https://thenetworkde.org/homes). he H.O.M.E.S.
