The mission of chrysalis house inc. Is to provide family-oriented treatment and recovery support for women with substance use disorders.
Chrysalis house, inc. Is kentucky's oldest and largest licensed substance abuse treatment program for women and their children. Established in 1978, chrysalis house has grown from a 6-bed halfway house to a comprehensive agency providing a full spectrum of programs and services, beginning with outreach and waiting list services, and continuing through residential treatment, family services, aftercare, and permanent housing. Treatment services at chrysalis house are licensed by the state and are provided by a multi-disciplinary team. The nonprofit organization is governed by a volunteer board of directors.

SERVICES ADDITIONALLY INCLUDE: PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL COURSES ON RELAPSE PREVENTION, CORRECTIVE THINKING, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, AND OTHER TOPICS; HEALTHY LIVING CLASSES; DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ASSESSMENT, COUNSELING, AND ADVOCACY; 12-STEP FACILITATION; AND PARENTING SKILLS TRAINING.
